Shipping & Delivery
We make every effort to see that all Truck-bedz orders received by noon will be shipped out the same day.  All shipping, handling, freight, customs and tax costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Tax will be charged for all sales within the state of California.  Our default delivery is with FedEx Home for US residential delivery.  FedEx Ground or UPS Ground or US Postal Service may be substituted at our choice. If your location favors a certain delivery method please contact us or state so in your Order comments.  Canadian customers please request the use of US Postal to Canada Post to avoid the FedEx and UPS Brokerage Fees upon pickup.
Privacy & Security
We want your data to be secure and we do not issue 'broadcast' email spam with your data.  Your phone # is now required by UPS and FedEx for delivery purposes.  Providing your email address is required to permit us to provide you with parcel tracking info.  Any website authorized sales transactions for Backordered Truck-bedz items will not be captured and your banks should release the hold on funds within 7-10 days. We do not receive your credit card # info nor do we want it.  We have never sold ANY customer data to any 'marketing friends'. 
Returns & Replacements
Truck-bedz Original Expedition series are protected by our 2 year Manufacturers Warranty
Truck-bedz Gold series are protected by our 1 year Manufacturers Warranty
Truck-bedz Weekender series are protected by our 1 year Manufacturers Warranty
All requests for returns or replacement require an Return Material Authorization number, RMA #, be created. Please contact us to validate your Warranty and obtain an RMA number before returning the entire contents of the purchased product to our offices at TD3 Products, 23052 Alicia Parkway, Suite H117, Mission Viejo CA 92692.

Upon receipt of the returned unit we will inflate, test and inspect the returned Truck-bedz product to verify that there is no user caused damage. Once the unit has been inspected and tested we will inform the customer if repairs can be made or if any credit is available.  TD3 Products Manufacturers Warranty for Truck-bedz products covers ‘manufacturing defects’ and does NOT cover damage, incidental or otherwise, caused by the use of the product.

Returned products found with user caused damage are not eligible for credit.  TD3 Products may attempt to repair user caused damage where possible but certain damage may not be repairable. TD3 Products is under no obligation to repair user caused damage.

Repaired or damaged non-repairable products will be returned to the customer after payment of the $25 Testing/Repair Fee. Return shipping to the user is included in the Testing/Repair Fee.

The user is responsible for all freight and repair charges related to user damaged products.  Specifically this includes the costs associated with a UPS RS Return Label.

Products returned for credit must be in new and unused condition. The $25 Restocking Fee will be applied to any credit.  Soiled or used items are eligible for warranty repair but not eligible for credit.

TD3 Products will take efforts to ensure that RMA’s are handled in a timely manner and customers should be aware that the RMA Testing and Repair process typically takes 2-3 weeks after receipt of the returned unit.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We are the only Truck-bedz manufacturer and as the manufacturer we sell our products at the MSRP or Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price.  Any simillar or related two layer air bed products sold elsewhere infringe our patents.  Please be advised that the vast majority of website 'etailers' do not carry inventory of Truck-bedz products despite contrary claims.  Other website etailers may sell our Truck-bedz at the MAP or Minimum Advertised Price.   All web orders ship out of our Mission Viejo, California warehouse.  We ship directly to consumers with same day shipping on 99% of orders for all orders in the US and Canada.  We ship to Mexico and other international destinations with order confirmation.
